My experience at Baylis Vauxhall Worcester was positive because Ebony talked through all of the details well. The car was delivered spotless.

I would not recommend Baylis Vauxhall Worcester because I had an issue when I went to pick up my car and the original offer was not upheld because I had chosen to not take finance. None of this was communicated to me at all. I was offered an alternative option, but less than what we had originally agreed. Also, when I went to pick up the car the bow was not on the bonnet, which I know isn't a big deal but itb would have been nice to have had the same treatment as other purchasers.

I'd recommend Baylis Vauxhall Worcester because Matthew Booth kept me up to date on vehicle availability and ensured everything was ready on collection. I especially liked the red bow on the vehicle

Baylis Vauxhall Worcester took what I assumed would be a daunting experience of purchasing my first vehicle and made it quick and painless, everything sorted in under a week, keys in hand with no faff.
Overall very happy with the service and transparency of what to expect from the vehicle. Very much recommended.
